~```~ Happy Birthday Sissy ~```~

Yesterday we hung out with Sissy and Tony to celebrate her birthday (no I'll never tell how old she is. We had a blast. We went to the Cape, but for a short time before it looked like a thunderstorm was heading our way. We headed back and went to Shackelford and spent a few hours (of course as soon as we left the Cape the storm cleared and it was beautiful, oh well). We had fun playing in the water and sand with the kids. It is so much fun having our kids grow up together, this is what family is all about.

Last night we also went to dinner with them at Texas Steakhouse. After many prayers that Tsunami buffet would be packed out so we would not have to go there (just kidding), Sissy called and said she wanted to go to Texas Steakhouse. We had a good time and wish Sissy many more Happy Birthdays!

**~** Vacation was so much fun **~**

Well we took our annual trip to Williamsburg. We left on Wed. afternoon after picking Todd up in Havelock when he got off work. We made it to our room at the Crown Plaza in Williamsburg about 8:30pm and unpacked and got ready for the next day. The boys actually slept in til about 8:30am the next morning (which by the way is unheard of for Warren, he is usually up no later than 7:00am) which was very nice. We got up ate a little breakfast and headed to water country for a day of fun and splashing.

After a full day of splishing and splashing we headed back to our room to clean up and get ready for a really yummy dinner at Olive Garden. It was a really yummy dinner. Warren entertained for US Navy Customs officers who were sitting behind us for their entire meal. They were very nice to say that they enjoyed his company as he peered over the booth at them during their entire meal. They did not seem bothered by him and played with him the whole time. The more we tried to get him to turn around and leave them alone the more they enticed him to turn around.

On Friday we headed to Busch Gardens. We arrived just as the park was opening and stayed all day. We had a blast. The kids really enjoyed our lunch with Elmo. This was new to the park this year. It was a buffet lunch and a meet and greet with the Sesame Street Characters. Wyatt and Warren both enjoyed meeting them, dancing with them and taking pictures with Elmo and Big Bird. Then we were off to find all of the kids rides. Warren however is the much more adventurist of our two children. He was not afraid of anything. We caught a glimpse of the fire works as we left the park that night.

Saturday we returned to Busch Gardens for a few hours. We were so tired from the two previous days that we came back to the room and took a swim in the hotel pool. We then had tacos from Taco Bell for our July 4th dinner at an outside table by the pool. We were all kind of sad that it was our last night on vacation. We got up the next morning packed up and left the hotel headed for Cracker Barrel for some yummy breakfast. After a minor meltdown from Warren we enjoyed our breakfast and then hit the road for home. The boys did really great, but were glad to be home and free of the car when we arrived back at our house. Here are a few pictures from the ride home.

"Are we there yet?"

"No, Bubba we are not there yet,
would you please stop asking!"
